  Good food. Mostly I go here for the margaritas, and the fact that they are able to seat a large party when you call ahead while still having good service.

  This place doesn't even diserve a star at all!!!! Most horrible service I've ever had they had us waiting for refilled sodas and didn't offer water we order wing and nachos the wings were still red inside and the nachos were cold!! We also ordered another appitizer and never received it... they then brang out our entrees and they were cold and the trio fajitas had 4 small pieces of chicken and not loaded like i asked we then asked where the other appitizer was the watriess asked if we still wanted it .. umm yeah that's why we ordered it?!?!? After we got feed up we asked for a manager he then came out and told us he would remake everything to our liking... we waited 30mins for our food that came out hot but was wrong once again steak was chewy over cooked and the cheese was way to much on the trio.. my boyfriends crispy chicken was not crispy and after the manager told us we would only be paying for drinks and the appitizer we got while we waited for our food to come back we decided not to eat anymore asked for the check they had the nerve to try to charge us 30$ for discounted entrees!!!!! We then had to complain again and explain we would not pay for food we just didn't eat again after all of that we will never return to another chillis franchise again .............. we are now eating McDonald's for dinner tonight!!
